LYTHIC™ DENSIFIER
Lythic Densifier is a highly reactive densifying agent based on Colloidal Silica that makes conventional silicate-based densifiers obsolete. It can be applied to newly-placed concrete as soon as it sets, while the concrete is still wet. It will also perform brilliantly with slabs that are decades old.
The Colloidal Silica molecule has more reactive sites, so it goes to work quickly, within 1-2 minutes. Spray it on the concrete until the surface is saturated and stops soaking up the liquid; that's the only application step required. No brooming or working the material. Lythic Densifier penetrates more deeply and reacts more efficiently.

The concrete is now ready to polish. No overnight curing. No caustic gel to scrub off. Nothing to dispose of. No whiting potential. The only residue may be a small amount of safe powder, which will be vacuumed off during polishing.
Lythic Densifier is a green, clean and safe material. Its low pH formula (pH approx 8.7, only slightly higher than baking soda) is safer for you to handle. Tell your clients that it contains no harsh chemical solvents, emits no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and eliminates the hazardous-material disposal, so it's better for the jobsite and friendlier to the planet.

LYTHIC™ PROTECTOR
Lythic Protector is a finishing conditioner applied after polishing. It introduces additional Colloidal Silica to the slab, along with a thin, clear polymer layer that gives extra protection to the slab surface. It brings out the color in integrally pigmented, stained or dyed concrete, giving a slight "wet look" that works excellently with exposed aggregate.
The polymer provides extra protection against accidental staining from spills. It is particularly useful against mild acids, such as might be encountered in environments where food is handled or served. LYTHIC™ CLEANER
Lythic Cleaner is a unique cleaning product that combines cleansing action with Colloidal Silica. It adds extra protection to the concrete surface while it cleans. It is recommended to use it as part of regular building maintenance for maximum value. Be sure to offer it to your customers to optimize the appearance of their gorgeous polished floors.
